Workspace Improvements & Privacy Metadata Stripper New Mode

Introduced a brand new Privacy Metadata Stripper tool (Beta).

Just a heads-up: The desktop app now requires at least version 1.6.6 to keep working properly.

Canvas Rendering Boost & Under-the-Hood Upgrades

We've supercharged our canvas engine for noticeably smoother rendering and gave the codebase a deep clean to ensure long-term stability.
