1. Merchant of Record

All Imagerry Pro purchases are processed by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. As the legal seller of record, Dodo Payments is responsible for processing all payments, issuing invoices, collecting applicable taxes, and handling refunds and chargebacks. Their “Buyer Terms & Conditions” govern the formal refund process for all transactions.

2. Imagerry’s 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your rights under Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms, Imagerry offers its own 7-day money-back guarantee. If you feel that Imagerry Pro doesn’t fit your workflow within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we will instruct Dodo Payments to issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee is an additional commitment from Imagerry and does not limit any refund rights you may have under Dodo Payments’ policies or applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, your request must be submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of the original purchase time. Requests made after this window are generally not eligible for a refund under our guarantee, but may still be eligible under Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms or your local consumer protection laws.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to our support team with the following information:

  • The email address you used to purchase Imagerry Pro.
  • Your transaction ID or invoice number (you can find this on your Dodo Payments receipt).

5. Processing Times

Once we approve your request, we will instruct Dodo Payments to process your refund. Dodo Payments will credit the funds back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Imagerry does not directly process refund payments — all refunds are handled by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
