1. Accepting These Terms

By visiting our website or using the workspace at imagerry.com (which we’ll call “the Service”), you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Service.

2. How Our Service Works

Imagerry gives you offline-first, client-side tools to convert images, create code mockups, and style visual assets. Because all this processing happens directly in your browser, you are responsible for making sure your hardware and browser can handle it, as well as managing your own storage space.

3. Our Desktop Apps

We also offer standalone desktop apps for macOS, Windows, and Linux. We provide these apps “as-is.” When you install them, your operating system (like Windows SmartScreen or macOS Gatekeeper) might show an “unknown publisher” warning. By using our desktop apps, you understand that Imagerry isn’t liable for any software conflicts, data loss, or issues that might happen during installation or use.

4. Pro Upgrades & Payments

You can upgrade to Imagerry Pro for extra features. Imagerry Pro is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the software based on the features available at the time of your purchase.

All payments, invoicing, sales tax collection, and billing are handled by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for every Imagerry transaction. As the Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments is the legal seller of record for your purchase — they process your payment, appear on your bank or credit card statement, collect and remit applicable taxes, and handle any billing disputes or chargebacks.

By purchasing Imagerry Pro, you also agree to be bound by the following Dodo Payments policies, which govern the payment transaction:

Imagerry does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment card details. All payment information is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments.

5. Pro Licenses & Device Limits

An Imagerry Pro license is meant just for you. Depending on the tier you buy, your license key comes with a set limit on how many devices you can activate at once. You’re welcome to use it across your own personal computers up to that limit!

We do keep an eye on activations to make sure things stay fair. If you hit your device activations and it is inaccessible device, just head over to our Manage Devices page to free up a slot. Please don’t share your license key publicly, try to hack the device limits, or resell your key. Doing so goes against the rules and will get your license permanently banned without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Your Content: You own everything you create. You keep full copyrights and intellectual property rights for any files or images you bring into the Service. We claim no rights over your designs. Anything you export is completely yours to use for personal or commercial projects.

Our Content: Everything published on this website—including the code, UI/UX designs, logos, graphics, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Imagerry and its creators. It is protected by international copyright laws.

What’s Not Allowed: Please don’t copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or scrape any part of our website or app without written permission. Stealing our app’s design or code isn’t cool and goes against the rules.

7. No Warranties

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t make any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, about the Service’s reliability, fitness for a certain purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imagerry and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or business interruptions — arising from the use of, or inability to use, our tools.

Payment-related disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are governed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record, subject to their “Buyer Terms & Conditions.” Imagerry is not responsible for payment processing errors, tax calculations, or billing disputes, as these are handled entirely by Dodo Payments.

9. Credits & Copyright Notice

Imagerry is an independently owned product. The Imagerry name, logos, and associated branding are proprietary to Imagerry.
